Apprentices are a great way for businesses to build and develop their workforce providing practical, hands-on experience to young people who wish to learn a trade or gain the skills needed in the workplace. Typically, apprentices will spend one-day a week at College studying for their qualification and the rest of the time in the workplace learning and developing practical skills in a functional role within your business.
