We’re dedicated to listening to our students, here at City College Peterborough. That’s why we organise several ways students and learners can get in touch with us, and let us know what they think of their courses, the College itself and everything in between.

We love to hear about where you see the College going, what courses you would like to see introduced and, of course, any concerns or feedback you may have. We have made it our mission to make sure every student has a great experience at City College Peterborough.

If you’re a City College Peterborough foundation learning student then we want to know how you feel about your course, the College and your education!

If you’re a student aged 16 to 19 and want to let us know what you like, and don’t like, then please get in touch with choices@citycollegepeterborough.ac.uk.

The College is an important part of your future, so we’re dedicated to getting it right. That’s why we listen to your feedback, thoughts and concerns through programmes just like Learner Voice.

The Principal of City College Peterborough, Ms Pat Carrington, wants to know when you have a concern, issue or simply have something you want to get off your chest. Send Pat an email via principal@citycollegepeterborough.ac.uk and she will be more than happy to help.

Surveys and Questionnaires

Look out for one of our regular annual surveys and questionnaires – they are a very quick and simple way for you to provide us with feedback on your College experience.

We take the results of these surveys and questionnaires very seriously, and we make good use of them by ensuring the results are considered when planning the future of the College. Your feedback is important to us: it helps us to design and develop new programmes and improve existing provision for our current students, just like you.

Our annual survey usually takes place during November/December and you will be notified about the survey via email or you can follow us on Twitter and Facebook for regular updates.

One of the quickest ways for you to get in touch with us is via our Facebook or Twitter. By Liking or Following us you can stay up to date with the latest College news on programmes, activities and events.

Meet the Managers

Pop in and have a chat with our management team. They will be able to help with general enquiries and help you resolve any issues you may have. If there’s a notice you want to distribute throughout the College, the management team will be able to help with that too!

Our management team runs an ‘Open Door’ policy, which means anyone is welcome. They also run termly, Open Sessions throughout the academic year. You can find out when the next Open Session is by having a look at the College noticeboards or checking the events diary.
