Delivering excellent customer service is key to every business. Whether you are a small, medium or large company ensuring your customers are happy with the service you provide will ensure your business grows and thrives.

To help you develop the skills and attitude within your business to make sure you get it right first time and even if things don’t go to plan, your team know how to deal with customer complaints in the right way for your business.

You can benefit from a range of Customer Service qualification programmes including Intermediate Apprenticeships, Advanced Apprenticeships (Level 3) and NVQ (National Vocational Qualifications).

Customer Service Intermediate Apprenticeship (Level 2)

You will work towards a NVQ Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service. The programme includes:

  • Communicate using customer service language
  • Delivery of customer service
  • Impression and image
  • Handling problems
  • Development and improvement of customer service.

To gain this qualification Functional Skills Level 1 in English, Maths and ICT will also have to be achieved together with a Technical Certificate in Customer Service.

Customer Service Advanced Apprenticeship (Level 3)

You will work towards a NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service.  The programme includes:

  • Demonstrate understanding of customer service
  • Demonstrating understanding of the rules that impact on improvements of customer service
  • Impression and image
  • Handling problems
  • Development and improvement of customer service

To gain this qualification Function Skills Level 2 in English, Maths and ICT will have to be achieved together with a Technical Certificate in Customer Service.
